Fosciandora
A large stone Casa Colonica,
in a poor state of repair and requiring full restoration.
The house has views, several stone outbuildings, olive
trees, and a working mature vineyard generating around
7,000 litres of wine per year. There is plenty of room
for a pool.
The house is currently divided into two
apartments. There are several cantine underneath, originally
used for wine and cheese production and wood storage, some
with stone arches. The main parts of the house are on two
or three levels, with a range of rooms, some with original
cotto floors and chestnut beams and some with stone fireplaces.
There is at least one stone staircase, then further wooden
stairs to the attic areas.
There is a glassed-in terrace at the
entrance of the house, and space in front of that to make
a large terrace and/or garden for sitting.
