A excellent value, habitable village house located on a pedestrian street in a typical hill village that forms part of Bagni di Lucca.

Inside is an entrance hall, living room and a kitchen with a stone fireplace and a window that gives views over the surrounding hills. From the entrance hall there is internal access to two cantine below. These would be suitable for the storage of firewood or the installation of a central heating boiler.

A stone staircase leads up to two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, and to a shower room.

There is no garden, but there is a small private area to the front of the house that can be used.
