The Manor House
An elegant and spacious manor house offering at least six

The main floor of the house has a very large central sitting
room, running from the front to the back of the house, with

There are arched stone cantine/wine cellars below the house,
accessed from the kitchen. Central heating (oil/gas/wood

A stone staircase with an iron balustrade leads to the first
floor and a further very large living room, off which there
are four bedrooms, all with cotto floors and frescoed walls
and ceilings. There is also a bathroom furnished in pink
marble. Above this there is a second floor, currently used
for storage and with a similar room layout to the other floors.
The outbuildings consist of a large barn attached to the
house which is mainly derelict, probably the original gate
house. This contains a bread oven and well house on the ground
floor and a few other rooms above, mainly roofless and in
need of total restoration. There is a second two storey building
needing work adjacent to the grassy area that could be developed
to house facilities for a pool, and a third derelict building
nearer the village a short distance away. There is car access
and plenty of room for parking on the property. Adjacent
to the house there is an area of land running up the hill,
estimated at around 30,000 sq.m.
