Capucetto Rosso e Il Lupo

Two stone Metati - barns originally used for drying chestnuts, in around 5000 sq m of woodland in a beautiful location, each convertible into a small house.
One barn is still fully standing and has two floors. Current planning laws would permit an extension to give a house of 90 sq.m (plus awnings etc). The other barn, which is derelict and partially collapsed, would provide the same.
Both could have direct car access, and have a little flat land adjacent to make a terraced area outside. If both were restored, they could each be used or sold separately, each with their own large area of private woodland.
Price €35,000 - about £29,000 /$45,000 US - for both barns and land
