Property Care

Property Care, our property management service, takes the effort out of managing an Italian property.

We can offer a range of options from a simple bill payment service up to a full management service for properties offered for weekly rental. Our two basic packages are detailed below:

Property Care Standard

• A bill payment service for electricity, water, insurance, local taxes etc.
• Ensuring compliance with local administrative requirements
• Other services on request (subject to availability and charged on an hourly basis)

The charge for this package is €200/year with a €200 sign-up fee.

Property Care Plus

• A bill payment service for electricity, water, insurance, local taxes etc.
• Ensuring compliance with local administrative requirements
• Arranging cleaning and gardening services on request
• Arranging for installation and maintenance of domestic appliances, heating and hot water systems
• Arranging emergency repairs
• Closing up for the winter if required
• Monitoring the property, for example, visiting after particularly bad weather (if you require a specific regular check, this can also be arranged)
• Providing an English-speaking, locally knowledgeable, help service if unforeseen problems arise during your stay, or that of your tenants.

The charge for this package is €400/year with a €200 euro sign-up fee.

Please note that the fees above do NOT include disbursements, for example, the costs of utilities, the costs of cleaning and gardening services, insurance cover, local and national taxes and repairs.

We can advise on areas such as satellite television installation, Internet access, and car ownership and storage.
