The White House

A fully modernized and centrally heated house in a hill village in the Garfagnana, with parking only a few metres away.

The house has a living room with large stone fireplace and a small kitchen downstairs. Upstairs are a double bedroom, one single bedroom and another room, either a large single or small double bedroom. There are also two cantine, one of which houses the boiler for the gas central heating.

Outside there is a courtyard, shared with the adjoining house and a small grassy area to the rear.

The village is small and quiet. There is a bar/restaurant and shop nearby
